It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernadette (Howard) Powell (Beaumont, Texas), born in Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 59, after a long battle with cancer, leaving to mourn several family members and many special friends (Red) -including her only two children- Virgina and Chance Powell and four grandchildren- RaeGina, Cameren, Carris and Kiemora. Direct cremation and final arrangements will be handled by Proctors Mortuary. Pray for us to have continued strength during this difficult time.
