He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Willingham and W. T. Willingham; his sister Tammy May; and his mother-in-law Roberta Draughn. He is survived by: his wife Denise; and his children, Roberta Agnes Willingham and Adrian O'Neil Draughn Willingham. He is also survived by his children, nieces, grandson.
