He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Baxter and Nora L. Swanson Baxter. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Baxter of Beaumont; his daughters, Stephanie Harrison (Terry) of Orange, Cara Buckley (Johnny) of Orange and Dee Dee Wukasch (Darrell) of Port Arthur; and his siblings, Robert "Pete" Baxter (Sylvia) of Vidor and Mary Jo Wallace of New Braunfels, TX.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
