He was predeceased by: his mother Etta Lee Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Annette Guidry; his children, Karen Marie and Jesse Remick (Michelle Bourgeois); his grandson Joseph James; and his sisters, Linda Monic and Alice-Faye Moore.
