He is survived by: his parents, Dan Sparkman and Kelly Sparkman; his wife Katelynn Sparkman; his siblings, Nick Crisp (Alyssa), Jason Crisp, Katie Sparkman Perez (Marino) and Lauren Sparkman Skloss (Brad); his great-aunt Nell Crisp; his aunt Sandra Sparkman; his uncle Tip Nichols; his nieces and nephews, James Crisp, Gage Crisp, Maverick Skloss, Dylan Skloss, Marley Crisp, Liliah Crisp, Ava Crisp, Ava Perez and Ella Perez; and his great-nephew Alec Perez.

My grocery list always included asking Corey what did he want for dinner. We did not get to stay in touch as he became an adult.
