We are sad to announce that, on July 11, 2023, at the age of 48, Curtis Phelps of Beaumont, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Charles "Chuck" Wayne Phelps; and his sister Janice Fay Phelps. He is survived by: his mother Virginia "Jenny" Ann Phelps; his wife Christina Phelps; his son Joel Taylor Phelps; his sister Deborah Hill (Kerry); his children, Rebecca, Zachary and Alexander; his sister-in-law Laura Sharp (Elvin); and his nieces and nephews, Justin, Cullen, Terran and Bryce.
