He is survived by: his wife Virginia Fountain; his children, David Scott Fountain (Kelley) of Nederland, James Larry Fountain (Melisa) of Hamshire, Lance Lanier Fountain (Lori) of Fannett and Lisa Colleen Fountain-Potter (Victor) of Beaumont; his grandchildren, Jake Fountain, Ryan Elliot Fountain, Whitnee Fountain, Gage Fountain, Tyler Williams, Adam Potter, Andrew Potter and Alex Potter; his stepson Faron Goodman of Kirbyville; his stepgranddaughter Shannon Collins; his stepgreat-grandchild Daxton Collins of Sour Lake; and his stepdaughter Angela Parkhill (Bill) of Nome.
