We announce the death of David Dickens of Beaumont, Texas, who passed away on June 3, 2026, at the age of 73. David will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. David will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. David’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Elizabeth Johns Dickens and Oscar Lawrence Dickens. He is survived by: his wife Becky Neil (Dickens); his daughters, Loriann Dickens-Smart (Ryan) of Beaumont, Shawna Sandoval of Yucca Valley and Crystal Dickens of San Diego, California; his siblings, Shirley Jo Dickens-Wilson of Texas and Lawrence Dickens of Alabama; and his grandson Luke Sandoval.
