He is survived by: his wife Jane Hastings; his son David Hastings, Jr.; his siblings, Mark Hastings, Bill Hastings and Val Martinez; his children, Stephen Maddox, Rob Maddox and Leslie Maddox; his mother-in-law Marilyn Skeeler; and his pet Charli. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members.
