He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Claude Finley and Mae Ollie Finley (Davis); his wife Katherine Smith Finley; his sister Dianne Ross; and his niece Shannon Ross.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Finley and Suzanne Barlow (Michael); his grandchildren, Randi Macnair and Brandon Macnair; his nephew Leslie Ross (Sharon); and his niece Karla Ross Small (Eric). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
