It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eddie Mae Mollette of Beaumont, Texas, born in Pineland, Texas, who passed away on January 4, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Shepherd and Evelyn Gibson Martin; her husband Clifford Mollette, Sr.; and her son Thomas Ray Bailey. She is survived by: her children, Bettye Faye Duplantier of Beaumont, Beverly Mollette of Seattle, WA and Clifford Mollette, Jr. of Seattle, WA; her grandson Allen Gayle Duplantier, Jr. of Beaumont; and her great grandchildren, Mary Evelyn Duplantier of Richardson, TX and Allen Robert Duplantier of Beaumont. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
