He was predeceased by: his parents, Lydia Marie Borque Soileau and Elta Soileau; his wife Rhonda Ard Soileau; and his brother John Darrell Soileau. He is survived by: his children, Curtis Soileau (Becky) of Lumberton, Kim Coker (Gary) of Beaumont and Troy D. Soileau (Pam) of Lumberton; his grandson Curtis Soileau, Jr. (Bre) of Lumberton; his children, Justin Soileau of Austin, Lauren Sheffield (Eric) of Pinewood, Lindsey Gladden (Doug) of Allen, Dr. Matthew Coker (Candice) of Meridian, Mississippi, Kyle Coker (Kate) of Dallas, Megan Rawlins (Andrew) of Brampton, England and Captain Troy D. Soileau, Jr. (Katelin) of Palm Dale, California; and his brother Aubrey Dean Soileau of Lumberton. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
