She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis Buhrow and Faye Buhrow; and her siblings, Janice Hall and Stephen Buhrow. She is survived by : her children, Holly Jordan (Josh Jordan) of Houston, Shannon Simmons of Nederland, Tiffany Beaty (Mark Beaty) of Port Neches, Jennifer Simmons of Nederland, Kelli Thomas (Jeff Thomas) of Montgomery and Mark Simmons of Silsbee; her sister Linda Crogan (Jeff Crogan) of Marietta; her pet Ginger; and her pug Finn. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
