She was predeceased by: her parents, Ada Hebert and Jean Camille Broussard; her children, Greg Prejean (Denise), Daryl Prejean, Yvette Prejean Marshall, Juliette Prejean Hearn (Skylor), Monette Prejean Shaunty, Blaine Prejean, Jacob Prejean, Matthew Prejean (Kender), Reganne Marshall, Tatum Hearn, Aubry Hearn, Jordan Shaunty and Jackson Shaunty; her husband Paul Prejean; her siblings, Edward Broussard, Doris Dartez, Lastie Broussard, Wallace Broussard, Gladys Trahan, John Broussard, Willie Broussard and Walter Broussard; her siblings-in-law, Rita Broussard, Doris "Loon" Broussard, Ju-Ju Broussard, Joyce Broussard, Rita-Rae Broussard, Perry Dartez, Bob Trahan and John Schroder; and her daughter-in-law Connie Prejean.

She is survived by: her grandchild Kelsey Prejean; her sister Alice Schroder; and her sister-in-law Louise Broussard (Claire Niven). She is also survived by numerous other family members and special friends.
