She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Byrd and Effie Graves; her stepfather Pierce Easterling; and her son Robert "Robbie" Nelson. She is survived by: her children, Joshua Nelson and Tasha Nelson; her sisters, Helen Rasch (Bill), Doris Thompson and Teresa Ratliff (Johnny); her grandchildren, Damion Bryant (Katy) and Hayden Nelson; and the father of her children Robert Nelson. She is also survived by extended family, friends.
