He is survived by: his parents, Freddy Moak and Barbara Moak of Groves, TX; his siblings, Todd Moak (Rene) of Warren, TX and Rendy Moak (Bobby Monson, Jr.) of Groves, TX; and his close friend Karla Wren Gronberg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, 5 great nieces, 1 great nephew, several uncles, aunts and cousins.
