He was predeceased by: his parents, George Steve Wigley and Pollie Rawls Wigley; his siblings, Dorothy Best, Bobbie Cowart and Vernon Wigley; his niece Janet Harvey; and his nephew Billy Joe Wigley.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Dorothy Wigley of Livingston, Texas; and his nephew Jerry Best (Susan) of Jasper, Texas. He is also survived by three great-nieces, one great nephew and several great-great nieces and nephews.
