He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ani Rose Prevost, Conrad Ray Adix and Kyler Kirkland; his wife Mary Kay; his brothers, Dale Charles Prevost and Gregory Keith Prevost; his daughter-in-law Tina Brown Prevost; his siblings-in-law, John Markby and Kristen Markby; and his pets, Dory and Maddie. He is also survived by his grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
