She is survived by: her children, Susan Dale of Beaumont and John Dale (Melissa) of Beaumont; her granddaughter Amber Nicole Stiles (Rocky); her daughters, Brittany Elaine Kutac (Michael) and Emily Ann Dale; her great grandchildren, Alyssa Nicole Dale, Michael Wayne Stiles, Grace Elizabeth Kutac, Adeline Michelle Kutac, Charlotte Ann Kutac and Wyatt Mason Dale; her brother Tommy Hughes; and her caregivers, Sharla Gonzales, Jessica Dugas, Yolanda Davis, Jo Ann Jackson, Ironeshia Harrison and Gianna Sandoval.
