He is survived by: his children, Carol Ann Alford of Beaumont, Polly Ann Ashworth of Beaumont and Howard Fredrick Cobb Jr. (Kelli) of Fredericksburg; his granddaughters, Amie Pritchett of Katy and Amanda Gardner (Matthew) of Beaumont; and his great grandchildren, Alexis Gardner, Isabella Pritchett and Aubrie Gardner.
