He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Jess W. Phillips, III and Courtney Jennifer Phillips (Ofer); and his siblings, Margaret Cosby (Leon), Lynda Phillips (Justin) and Glenn Phillips (Calleen). He was also cherished by two grandchildren; and a host of other relatives, and friends.
