Jim Miller wrote a sympathy message

“I spent some of my early life with Jessie and his family. I moved to the area from Needville, Tx when I was 9. Jessie's family welcomed mine and we "kids" played together a lot. Jessie was my 3rd cousin. I remember him as a good hearted "kid", he was 2 yrs younger. Later in life we crossed paths, visited about our families and our younger adventures. The last visit I had with him was similar, but we did talk about cancer, retiring, and the future, it was a good visit. I'll miss him a lot.”
