He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Elkins and Gary Elkins; his brother Alex Elkins; and his nephew Little Ricky Breaux. He is survived by: his daughter Keira Elkins (Hunter Teague) of League City; and his siblings, Rose Marie Elkins Hester (Rosie) of Fannett, Pauline Elkins Breaux (Ricky) of Fannett, Iris Elkins Myers (Roger) of Fannett and Gary Elkins of Nederland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
