He is survived by: his wife Jenny of Beaumont; his children, Elisabeth Hale (John) of Houston and Andrew Penner (Valerie) of Lumberton; his grandchildren, Ava Penner and Ethan Penner of Kountze; his siblings, Ronda Wise (Bill) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Lloyd Penner of Mt. Hope, Kansas; Pam and Christian Edmonds. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren.
