With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Reyes Sr. of Beaumont, Texas, who passed away on April 16, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Soccorro Alviar and Ventura Reyes; his son Joe "Joey" Reyes, Jr.; and his siblings, Matti Cardenas, Connie Clark, Rufus Reyes and Robert Reyes.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Reyes; his daughters, Olga "Ann" Reyes and Yolanda Arredondo (Andrew); his daughter-in-law Nancy Reyes; his grandchildren, Erica Orta (Pierre "Lucky" Bordelon), Amanda Die, Rudy Orta (Dulce), Danica Selkirk (Scott), Aaron Arredondo (Katie), Abel Arredondo (Ashley), Adam Arredondo (Valerie) and Joey Reyes III (Janice); and his siblings, Johnny Reyes, Rosie Solis, Pilar Newman, Hope Enriquez, Jessie Reyes, Chris Reyes, Raymond Reyes, Ortence Cowles and Polly Varela. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren, with one on the way; one great-great-grandchild.
