She was predeceased by: her parents, Pleas Evans Sr. and Lela Mann Evans Bard; her stepfather Allen Bard; her husband Charles H. Webb; and her siblings-in-law, Jeanette Evans, Virginia Merrington, Gil Turner, Richard Merrington and Duane Webb.

She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Jo Webb and Suzanne Moreau; her son-in-law Chuck Moreau; her grandchildren, Brandon Moreau (Sarah), Amanda Jade Hope (Steven), Chandler Moreau (Danielle) and Dustin Moreau (Ellie); her great grandchildren, Eli Moreau, Beverly Kate Moreau, Moriah Grace Moreau and Dakota Rae Moreau; her brothers, Pleas Evans (Doris) and Paul Evans (Barbara); and her sisters-in-law, Billie Webb and Joann Turner. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
