He was predeceased by: his parents, Benedict Bushnell and Mae Ola Alfred; his stepfather Leroy Alfred; and his siblings, Rodney Bushnell and Deanna Bushnell.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Guillory (Richard); his sister-in-law Eva Bushnell; his sibling's children, Rodney Bushnell Jr., Jordan Bushnell, Richard Guillory Jr. (Mary), Lynette Anderson and Veronica Russell (Jamal); his great-nephew Taylor Lewis; his great-nieces, Jolie Berrios (Jesse), Jessica Russell, Alyssa Anderson and Jasmine Guillory; and also, Serenity Lewis, Jade Berrios, Xavier Lewis, Julius Lewis and Jesse Jace Berrios.
