He is survived by: his wife Gloria Rubit Pickens; his son John Pickens Jr. (Nicole); his stepsons, Kevin LeVier (Ciji), Keith LeVier and Kendall LeVier; his siblings, Deborah Pickens, Sarah Pickens Joseph, Alex B. Pickens (Berlinda) and Kevin Pickens (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Morghan, Makaela (Pickens), Jashira, Christiauna, Fred, Jonae, Jakavien, Zorian and Qualan (LeVier); and his close friends, Roderick Bluiett and Craig Johnson. He is also survived by his nephews, nieces, aunts, cousins, and many friends.
