He is survived by: his wife Miron Long of Beaumont, TX; his children, Karen Smithson (Edward) of Coldspring, TX and Kenneth Long (Sherri) of Mont Belvieu, TX; his grandchildren, Rachel Smithson Wood (Joseph), Kent Smithson (Amanda), Allison Bolgiano (Monte) and Grayson Ray Hays Long (Eden); and his great grandchildren, Lucy Smithson, Elliotte Smithson, Sloane Long, Hatcher, Jack Bolgiano, Charlotte Wood and Beckett Long.
