He is survived by: his wife Betty Jennings Piazza of Beaumont; his children, Elizabeth Piazza Thornton, Joseph Edward Piazza, Jr. (Becky), Stephen Roy Piazza (Jill) and Jennifer Piazza Klawitter (Russell); his grandchildren, Jessica, Joseph, Taylor, Naomi, Anna, Travis, Sarah, Lydia, Jonathan, David and Levi; his great grandchild Arabella; and his sister Mardell Fletcher (Gerald).
