She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Dale Frederick; her parents, Winnie Horace and Bernice Elva Smith Lounsberry; her son Michael Dale Frederick; and her siblings, Donald Wayne Lounsberry and Jenny Lyons.

She is survived by: her children, Debbie Moore (Billy Tinkle) of Vidor and Kevin Dreyer (Rhonda) of Beaver Crossing, NE.; her daughter-in-law Melissa Frederick of Beaumont; and her grandchildren, LaDonna Marks (Michael) of Vidor, Mandy Hemphill of Vidor, Amy Bridges (Neal) of Mauriceville, Shane Frederick (Diana) of Winnie and Lisa Domec (Jerimy) of Vidor. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
