She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Sr. Hockless and Fannie Mae Hockless; her siblings, Geneva Marshall, Elsie Anderson, Charles and Henry Hockless; and her grandson Jacob Hockless.

She is survived by: her friend Julia; her husband Isaac Thomas; her son Kenneth Hockless (Nancy); her siblings, Betty Moore of Beaumont, Verlene LeBlanc of Beaumont, Joanne Bobb of Beaumont, Alberta Matthews of New Iberia, Louisiana, Albert Jr. of Beaumont, Delbert of Beaumont and Michael Hockless of Beaumont; her grandchildren, Kourtney, Keiana, Kaleb, Joshua, Christian and Naomi; and her great grandchildren, Julien, Jordin, Kylaan and Moises. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
