He was predeceased by: his parents, Catalina Ramirez and Luz Ramirez; his wife Carolina Castillo Ramirez; his daughter Lisa Ramirez; and his brothers, Frank and John Ramirez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
