He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ellen Little and Keith Leon Davis; and his brother Bob Davis. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Davis; his children, Lori Verde, R. C. Tortorice of Beaumont and Keith Davis, Jr. (Jackie) of Austin; his grandchildren, Hunter Verde, Hill Verde, Alexandra Davis and Cameron Davis; his great grandchild Kinsley Schmidt; his sister Cindy Robinson (Jim); and his sister-in-law Theda Davis. He is also survived by his two children, four grandchildren and his great granddaughter.
