He is survived by: his wife Lolita Brown Mitchell; his children, Tristan Mitchell and Rodney Smith (Janet); his nephews, Corris Linden, Kayln Linden and Andrew Brown (Britney); his siblings, Mary Jean Oakle (Alvin) and Joseph Thomas (Clere); his grandchildren, Ilicia Smith, Romeo Carr, Armado Smith and Dannielle Hunt; and his great grandchildren, Roman Carr and Romeo Carr. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and close friends.
