She was predeceased by: her parents, Ursin Broussard and Angeline Mouton Broussard; her husband Alvin Chentlen; her children, Albert Wayne Hebert Sr. and Diane Stephens; her stepdaughter Cynthia Renay Woods; her stepgranddaughter PerShawna Woods; her daughter Mary Bevil; and her siblings, Colvin, Carles, Staffas, Esperio, Pressley, Josephine, Esperia, Sadie, Eula, Annie and Nola.

She is survived by: her niece Joyce; her grandchildren, Shelley Stephens of Houston, Joanette Stephens of Las Vegas and Albert Wayne Hebert Jr. of Beaumont; her stepgranddaughter Tamala Ephraim; her godson Charles Broussard; her great grandchildren, Shanae Fletcher, Doniese Crayon, Autumn Allen and Damion Allen Jr.; her great great grandchildren, Caden Babin, Amaya Selexman, Nolan Selexman and Aliyah Selexman; her children, Betsy and Lamar Bevil; Nancy Hebert. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
