He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law J. W. Rogers; his grandparents, Antoinette, Anthony Lombardo, Sr., Catherine and R. T. Fertitta, Sr.; and his parents-in-law, Dorothy Anne and C. W. Conn, Jr..
He is survived by: his parents, Anna Mae and R. T. Fertitta, Jr. of Beaumont; his wife Carolyn Fertitta of Beaumont; his children, Katy Fertitta of Houston and Michael Fertitta (Megan) of Beaumont; his grandchildren, Greyson, George and Caroline; his sisters, Debbie Fertitta Rogers of Beaumont and Janis Fertitta of Sugar Land; and his nephew Tony Floyd (Jie) of Beaumont. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
