He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Milton and Viola Shaw Leach. He is survived by: his spouse Bille Jean Anderson; his children, Michael Leach (Paula) and Carolyn Bondy (Steve); his grandchildren, Christy Duran (Mark) and Scott Leach (Lindsay); his great grandchildren, Christlynn Duran, Dakota Duran (Jenna), Ryder Leach and Rayburn Leach; and his great great grandchildren, Delaney and Jackson Duran.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Family and Friends Broussard's Mortuary (1605 N Major Dr, Beaumont, TX 77713). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Broussard's (1605 N Major Dr, Beaumont, TX 77713). A burial was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at the Magnolia Cemetery (2291 Pine St, Beaumont, TX 77703).
