She was predeceased by: her parents, Sibbie Parrish Ristoff and John Ristoff; and her husband William G. Nelson, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, John Nelson (Kathleen) and Jennifer Nelson Marrs (Scott); her grandchildren, Alexandra, Morgan, Anne, David, Joseph and Konrad; and her brother Thomas Ristoff (Helen).
