He is survived by: his sisters, Helen Ora Lee and Elnora; his wife Ellen Mae Tatmon; his sisters, Eartha Mae Sneed, Rose and Gail Tatmon of Louisiana; his children, Melvin Tatmon, Jr. (Cynthia) of Houston, Lee Anna Lewis (Clifton), Evangela Johnson and Valencia Zeno of Beaumont; his grandchildren, Melvin Tatmon, III, Joshua, Jasmine Tatmon of Houston, Qiarn Lewis, Keyosha Zeno, Preston Keith Addison, Jr., Quinn Zeno, Lewis Johnson, Jr. and Kiara Johnson of Beaumont; and his great grandchildren, Kaycen Zeno and Jacorian of Washington. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
