He was predeceased by: his parents, Dien Pham and Nhan Van Ho. He is survived by: his children, Mai Ho, Le Ho, Hien Ho, Hau Ho and Nam Ho; and his brother Quyen Ho. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
