She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Juanita Olvera Peña and Esteban Peña; her children, Ramon Hernandez of Mexico, Prescy Hernandez of Houston, Mario Hernandez of Port Arthur, Sandra Hernandez of Beaumont and Nelly Hernandez of Weslaco; her grandchildren, Jose R. Moreno, Brenda Moreno, Jose Luis Moreno, Jose Angel Moreno, Debra Hernandez, Chris Hernandez, Eric Hernandez, Monica Hernandez, Mindy Hernandez, Milinda Hernandez, Marly Espino, Melissa Leal and Mario Garcia; and her siblings, Oziel Peña, Juan Peña, Esteban Peña, Paula Peña, Hortencia Rey and Alfonso Peña. She was also cherished by 29 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
Olga cared for the children in her community and made it a tradition every Christmas to donate toys and goodie bags to all the children.
