He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen Helen Smith Neff and Thomas Eugene Neff, Sr.; his wife Erica Neff; and his brothers, David Neff and Mark Neff.
He is survived by: his sons, Justin Neff (Megan) and Ryan Neff; his grandchildren, Brody Neff, Josie Neff and Laykinn Neff; and his brothers, Tim Neff and John Neff. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
