He is survived by: his wife Crystal Hill-Magee of Beaumont; his children, Sherry Travis (John) of Beaumont, TX, Kevin Magee (Elizabeth) and Mark Magee of Marble Falls, TX; his grandchildren, Josey Dishman (Ashlyn) of Beaumont, TX, Caroline Magee Smith (Matthew Smith) of Houston, TX, Catherine Magee Jessup (Ben Jessup) of Twentynine Palms, CA, Draven Magee of Marble Falls, TX and Aislin Magee Gee (Josh Gee) of Marble Falls, TX.; his great grandchildren, Ireland Hanna of Beaumont, TX, Ryce Dishman of Beaumont, TX, Legend Dishman of Beaumont, TX, Ayla and Riya Gee of Marble Falls, TX.; his cousin Paul; Mark of Minot, ND. and Paul. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
