He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Howard Grant Nichols; his wife Jana Nichols of Beaumont; his children, Will Nichols (Kimberlee) of Beaumont, Jeff Wheeler (Emily) of Beaumont and Mary Elizabeth Woodworth (Tom) of Happy Valley, Oregon; his grandchildren, Duncan Nichols Russell (Anna), Madeline Nichols, John William Woodworth, Henry Reed Woodworth, Haddie Wheeler and Sofie Wheeler; and his brothers, Howard Nichols, Jr. (Sally) of Beaumont, Kenneth Nichols (Paula) of Beaumont and Allan Nichols of Beaumont.
