She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Nora Adams Brown and Rollie Audie Brown; and her husband Tommy C. Richardson. She is survived by: her children, Tony (Cheryl Richardson), David (Shannon Richardson), Debbie (Tommy Peveto), Denise Richardson and Pam (Jimmy Kee). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 2 great great-grandchildren.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Myotonic Dystrophy Foundation.
