She was predeceased by : her parents, L. D. Phillips and Sheryle Thomas Foret; her brother Darren Phillips; and her son Derek Tremont. She is survived by : her daughter Bethany Holley of Georgetown, TX; her grandsons, Grant and Gavin Holley; and her siblings, Angela Theis of Cypress, TX and Charles Miller of Mena, AR. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
