He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick McDuffie and Lula McDuffie; and his brother William N. McDuffie (Rosie). He is survived by: his brother David McDuffie (Sylvia); and his sibling's children, Shelly Breaux (Glenn), Keith McDuffie, Rhonda Trahan (Garrette), Jeremy McDuffie (Kim), Kari Dykrstra (Bryan), Kyle McDuffie (Terra) and Greg Barnsten (Carol).
