We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2024, at the age of 95, Richard Osborn of Beaumont, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell Osborn, Sr. and Olive Osborn (McCue); his former life partner Joan Dullaghan Osborn; and his brothers, Russell Osborn Jr. (Rita) and Kenneth Osborn (Anna).

He is survived by : his wife Billie Osborn; his son Gary Osborn of Beaumont; his stepchildren, Brooksie Bennett of Houston and Michael Butts (Shelby) of Houston; and his granddaughter Zoe Butts of Houston. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, godchildren, and beloved family members.
