He is survived by: his children, Richard Barry McDaniel of Beaumont and Melissia Ann Davis (James B.) of Winnie; his sister June Onorato of Lufkin; his grandchildren, Nathan McDaniel, Marisa McDaniel, Lillian Davis and Olivia Davis; his niece Michelle Onorato Jones (Glen) of Jasper; and his nephew John Onorato (Kelli Sims) of Houston.
